Crankshaft Machine to our P. Code 248 is designed as a standard universal solution for checking fillet radius for both pin and journal, as a cost effective solution in place of dedicated huge machines.

Capacity of Crankshaft –

• Length upto 800mm – inclined axis – adjustable pitch on V Plate
• Journal dia 100mm max.,
• Journal to pin offset – +/- 50 mm (Y Movement)
• Max. Weight – 40 Kg.

Specifications:

• X axis = Column Movement-  Left – Right – 580mm
• Y axis = Component movement- Front Back – +/- 50mm
• Z axis = Column Movement – Up/Down – 475mm @ zero deg.
• Inclined Axis of Crankshaft –  with adjustable pitch V Blocks – Adj. Pitch Max. 800mm

Note: Crankshaft tilted to 22.5 deg.  Machine Drive Unit has to be
tilted to 22.5 Deg. Down
