Tilting fixture for scroll chuck
- Useful for Contour and Surface finish measurement for repeat components
- Tilt fixture is connected with Y Table 150 to P.code 103 and scroll chuck to P.code 167/168/169 using connecting plate fastened to Y Table top surface
- Laser marking on vertical plate keeping horizontal as Zero and down swing 25 deg. and upswing 90 deg.
- Clamping lever for tilt
- Photograph shown is with Y Table 150, tilting fixture and scroll chuck to P. Code 168 and component length 150mm at 25 deg. angle of tilt.
- Centre Height of tilt axis w.r.t. Y Table top is 75mm
- All in alloy steel, fixture finish in blackening.
